Shipping policy
PRODUCTION TIME We take pride in crafting each order with meticulous attention to detail. Depending on the complexity and quantity of items in your order, please allow up to 7 business days for production before your order is shipped. Our skilled team ensures that your items are carefully assembled, inspected, and packaged to meet our quality standards.
BUSINESS DAYS Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Any orders placed after 3pm on Friday or during the weekend, will be considered as having been placed on the following Monday.
SHIPPING TIME Once your order has been produced and packaged, we will promptly ship it to your specified shipping address. Shipping times may vary based on your location and the chosen shipping method. After your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
MULTIPLE ITEMS If your order consists of multiple items, it is possible that they may be shipped separately due to availability or production requirements. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.
CUSTOM ORDERS For custom orders or personalized items, additional production time may be required to ensure the highest level of customization and quality. Please refer to the product description for estimated production times for custom items.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING If you need your order to arrive sooner than the estimated production and shipping times, we offer expedited shipping options at an additional cost. These options will be presented to you during the checkout process. if ordering a large custom order, please allow up to 2 weeks for production.
ORDER TRACKING You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped. This will allow you to stay informed about the status of your delivery.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS For international orders, please note that customs procedures and international shipping may lead to longer delivery times. Any potential customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.
HOLIDAY PERIODS During peak holiday periods, such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the holiday season, there may be slight delays in production and shipping due to increased order volume. We recommend placing your order well in advance to ensure timely delivery.
